TRADITIONAL ALBUMS

1. Contact Gina at 214.763.5324 or calvertgina@yahoo.com

2. Set up a time to meet so Gina can assess your needs. If you live in the Dallas Metroplex area, Gina will come to you (a $25 fee is assessed for personal consultations in your home.) During your consultation, Gina will help you determine a style by design and budget.

3. Organize your photos by album. Within each album, sort photos by theme or date. Photos should be labeled with event, names and dates. (Don't write on the back of the picture! Use post-it notes or put related photos in envelopes or ziploc bags--for short-term use only--and label the envelope.)

4. Gina will deliver the album to you.

FINAL COSTS ARE ESTIMATED AND CANNOT BE DETERMINED EXACTLY.

SUPPLY DEPOSIT OF $200 IS REQUIRED.

CAN'T DECIDE? CHECK OUT THE PROs and CONs of Digital vs. Traditional below:

As you study the following chart, it may seem that digital albums are the preferred way to go. They are beautiful, but nothing beats a traditional album and I love making them!

DIGITAL ALBUMS

1. Contact Gina at 214.763.5324 or calvertgina@yahoo.com. Gina will help you determine a style by design and budget.

2. Upload your photos to Gina or burn to a CD and mail or deliver to Gina (or arrange for her to pick up for $25). Some sort of identification of events and people must be communicated to Gina.

NOTE: If you are using older non-digital photos, these must either be scanned first, or Gina will scan them at her normal hourly rate of $25/hour.

3. When album is completed, Gina will send a digital link for you to preview it. Changes can be made at that time. Final version must be approved after any changes are made. Books are delivered within two weeks of final approval.

WANT MORE THAN ONE COPY?
Additional copies can be purchased for considerably less than the first one. Identical copies add only the actual cost of publishing the book. Altered versions (personalized or with changes) add hourly charges as required.

FINAL COSTS ARE ESTIMATED AND CANNOT BE DETERMINED EXACTLY.

GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT OF 1/2 OF ESTIMATE IS REQUIRED THROUGH PAYPAL OR CHECK.
